I am so lucky to get to serve in the Primary and the Young Women. I just adore our Young Women, they are such a wonderful group of gals!

Mirror Lake

We love camping, and were so excited for our family trip to Mirror Lake! We started the trip exactly how you should start a camping trip...roasting marshmallows!

8.22.12 This is our second year coming up to Mirror Lake, and also my second time ever fishing. I had so much fun last time and was so excited that Elizabeth was at a good age to learn to fish. I dare say she is probably a better launcher than me! She can't get the line so far out there. Although, she didn't have any luck on this trip, she can't wait to go to the ponds near our home to catch one.

8.23.12 Spent most of the day relaxing by the lake fishing until is starting poor rain on us! Then we spent most of the day in the tents. At least Ryan and I were able to catch a little something!

8.24.12 Our last day at Mirror Lake was awesome! I waited patiently and after I caught one great sized trout, I must have had some luck, because I caught a huge tiger trout! It's a thrilling feeling have a fish pulling on your line! We loved being out in nature with my family and just enjoying each others company! I can't wait till our next family trip!

Scarlett is still getting to know Grimm, she normally keeps her distance, but this morning she wanted to play with him. In the afternoon Elizabeth wanted to make an angel, so we threw stuff together to make them.They turned out pretty darn cute. I love doing activities with her!

I'm so glad we decided to finally add a dog to the family, Elizabeth has been in heaven. She just adores Grimm.
