Pre-Birthday Dinner with Grandma Joanne

elizabeth's great grandma joanne isn't able to make elizabeth 3rd birthday party, which is where she sings a beautiful song for her every year. to make sure elizabeth got her song from grandma joanne, she invited us over for a pre-birthday dinner. it was really sweet of her to invite us over. elizabeth just loves grandma chalmers. she is always asking when she can go over there and play with her toys. the whole night elizabeth was all over the place, just playing with the toys and wouldn't stop talking. i didn't think she would sit still for the song grandma was going to sing, but right when we told her to listen to the song. she sat on the couch and listened quietly with a big smile on her face. thanks grandma joanne, we sure love you.
